What Elixir and Erlang versions are you using? Could you paste the result of calling :erlang.system_info(:system_architecture) in your project?
I also have a Macbook Pro M1 and calling the previous command returns ~c"aarch64-apple-darwin23.5.0", which matches with the aarch64 clause.
