In Ruby this is kind of handled by Bundler. Or documentation. In Rust it’s Cargo. Etc.

Yep, you have to package things up as a Gem, whereas in Elixir, you can just include any standard mix new app via that one line. That’s why it blew my mind, because it was so easy
