I don’t have webpack yet but I missed Endpoint part in config:
config :drab,MyAppWeb.Endpoint, js_socket_constructor: "Phoenix.Socket"
and
<script src="<%= static_path(@conn, "/js/phoenix.js") %>"></script> in layout.
This way it worked!
