I’ve updated [HTTP caching libraries](https://forum.elixirforum.com/t/plughttpcache-and-teslahttpcache-http-caching-libraries-for-elixir/49878) with support for `stale-if-error` and `stale-while-revalidate` and wrote a summary about it:
