Good question! I just checked. The latest branch of the public code repo (GitHub - pragdave/e4p2-hangman · GitHub) was updated to Phoenix 1.6.5 and the latest LiveView 10 days ago.
I bought and finished the second edition of the course, enjoyed it a lot. Haven’t tried the updated code yet, but it’s there.
