Gigalixir "elixir release" not generating correct URLs

@jesse Can you please check these docs: Using Elixir Releases — GIGALIXIR 1.4.0 documentation

In particular, setting :host to nil seems to be perhaps not the correct approach? See above conversation for people’s opinions/thoughts on this.
