INSERT … SELECT in Ecto using Ecto.Query

I’m not sure if this is the right syntax but maybe you can do something along the lines of

Repo.insert_all(
  SomeSchema, [
    [id: from(o in OtherSchema, select: o.id)]
  ]
)
