There is Elixir PDF. I evaluated it recently though didn’t end up using it. I know it’s missing a bunch of stuff and development seems a bit slow on it (last update was last January) but if your needs aren’t too complicated it might be sufficient. Maybe there is even enough there that you could add any additional features you’re missing! Otherwise I’m unaware of anything else.
