When I attempted to use the new Secrets management feature, the menu item is missing. I’m sure it has something to do with my install, but for the life of me, I can’t figure ou…

At the moment Secrets menu is only available when you’re inside a notebook. Perhaps app secrets which are global should be available to manage from the homepage too. We will look into that!
