Neovim - Elixir Setup Configuration from Scratch Guide

I can’t seem to get ~H sigil highlighting to work with nvim + tree sitter. I have this installed: GitHub - nvim-treesitter/nvim-treesitter: Nvim Treesitter configurations and abstraction layer · GitHub

but they still appear as plain strings. Here’s my tree sitter config:

require'nvim-treesitter.configs'.setup {
  ensure_installed = "elixir",
  sync_install = true,
  auto_install = true,
  ignore_install = { },
  highlight = {
    enable = true,
    disable = { },
    additional_vim_regex_highlighting = false,
  },
}

anyone know how to debug this?
