Problem with spawning a python3 process on Windows

I had to install Python3 from the web and put the path of “WindowsApps” below everything else

C:\Users\Jiri\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python310\Scripts\
C:\Users\Jiri\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python310\
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps

Then I had to create a symbolic link for python3

mklink "C:\path\to\symlink\python3.exe" "C:\path\to\Python3\python.exe"
