I have a bioinformatics question. My daughter does genetics, and they process these very large jobs when they are crunching data. Specifically, are you aware of anyone using Elixir to find transposable elements in genomes? I am just getting my feet wet on this topic, so if you can nudge me in the right direction, I would be very grateful.
