KDE Neon is Ubuntu.
Ubuntu 16.04 (it is whatever the most recent LTS version is) specifically.

Eh? It actually does this better than VirtualBox imo. The caveat is that it only works on supported Linux distributions.

It’s called Dynamic Memory - Ballooning on supported distributions.

I just used Set-Alias to override curl, but you could also just remove it.

Yeah I had the same issue, had to figgle with the settings a lot to quit getting that error. It made Hyper-V look very unprofessional.
