Would auto formatting/sorting phoenix liveview/live component callbacks make sense?

The hacky version that I created works with mix format. Though I wouldn’t recommend it since it breaks with @spec / @impl and some other cases.

Maybe Quokka — Quokka v2.13.1 would be a good place to start?
